ScanPlus Member provides fitness & membership management software for gyms, fitness studios, yoga studios, clubs, academies, libraries, and membership businesses. Features may vary by plan and environment.
2. Accounts and Access
- provide accurate registration information
- protect account credentials
- assign staff permissions responsibly
- notify us of unauthorized access
- use the service only for lawful operations
3. Customer Data
The account owner controls data entered into the service and is responsible for having lawful authority to collect, use, upload, and communicate about that data.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid access is governed by the selected plan, billing period, limits, taxes, and displayed pricing. Access may be restricted after expiry, cancellation, failed payment, or plan-limit enforcement.
5. Acceptable Use
- do not misuse public or authenticated endpoints
- do not upload unlawful or harmful content
- do not attempt unauthorized access
- do not interfere with service availability
- do not use the service to violate privacy or communication laws
6. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update, add, or remove features to improve security, reliability, compliance, or product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Responsibility and Liability
Customers remain responsible for operational decisions and the accuracy of data they enter. To the extent permitted by law, ScanPlus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
